Shipping & Returns

Standard delivery will be sent via Royal Mail as, signed for second class, at a cost of £2.99. Delivery should arrive within 2 - 4 working days, but please allow up to 6 working days.

 

Express delivery will be sent via Royal Mail as, signed for first class, at a cost of £4.99. Delivery should arrive within 1 - 2 working days, but please allow up to 4 working days.

I do not accept order cancellation. However, I am happy to accept returns and exchanges providing the following conditions are met:
 

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be posted back within 30 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
All items must be returned in a clean, unused condition, unless previously disscussed with myself during the buyers initial return request.
